Founding Partner of RDS, since 1990, has had a leading role in the creation of major retail networks both nationally and internationally.
Specialist in defining retail and franchising strategies, business development, organizational restructuring, change management and internationalization policies; he developed retail strategy projects for different companies.
Author of numerous white papers on retail and franchising issues, he’s Professor at Pavia University and Visiting Professor at MIB School of Management (Trieste).
